We are looking for an individual to take on day to day administrative tasks at Emteq.
Some experience within an administration role along with effective communication, excellent English level, and proficient IT skills are required. Training will be provided for specialised tasks meaning a willingness to learn is essential. We are looking for someone who is committed to providing top service, someone who thrives in start-up environment, someone able to take ownership of various activities. Ideally, you will be friendly, organised, confident, have great attention to detail and be willing to go that extra mile. Our policy is to promote internally, so this role would suit someone who is an ambitious self-starter and interested in developing skills to taking on more responsibilities.

- Day to day bookkeeping
- Preparing management accounts,
- Paying bills and reconciling transactions in Xero
- Preparing pay information
- Liaising with accountants
Sales and marketing
- Answering customers’ queries
- Organising shipments, inventory and purchases
- Assisting the marketing team with blog posts and social media
- Assisting with contracts, NDA, document filing and insurance
- Organising the advertisement of research and recruitment of participants
- Organising team events
